Heather Greene

Founder

A resident of the downtown Charleston peninsula for over 20 years, when Heather learned of Harold’s Cabin’s closure in February 2024, she knew that she wanted a chance to be a part of Harold’s Cabin’s next chapter. Applying decades of her combined art, culinary, sommelier, and hospitality expertise, Heather shared her vision to revive the Harold’s Cabin space in a letter to the former owners. Heather articulated a clear vision for the new venture to preserve legacy, prioritize community, connect purveyors with consumers, and evolve to meet a modern Charleston neighborhood’s needs. What she loves most about Lillian’s is her talented team, being able to support local farmers, and that it is creating a community hub where people can gather, share, and be present.

Todd Garrigan

Executive Chef of Lillian’s, Todd Garrigan has been a chef for over 25 years, sharing his culinary talents in the Lowcountry for the past 15. He and Heather met over a decade ago when he was the opening chef at Amen St. where Heather was a manager and they became fast friends. Chef has a passion for sharing his creativity through cuisine using traditional flavors, local ingredients, and artful presentation.

Allison Brown

Pastry Chef, Allison Brown, started her culinary journey in Hartford before moving to Charleston. She brings years of pastry and baking experience and a love for creating desserts that make people smile. What she loves about Lillian’s is that she is a part of a creative space that encourages trying new things that get people excited about food, and to further connect with the community in a meaningful way.

Ruth Wetenhall

Our mixology and mushroom-foraging maven, Ruth Wetenhall, is the heart behind the bar and cocktail program at Lillian’s. With a passion for creating thoughtful cocktails and a background in holistic health coaching, Ruth brings a unique blend of care and creativity to everything she does. Combining her two passions, Ruth likes to prioritize functional herbs and ingredients in her cocktail recipes.
